		Andries van Agt (The Netherlands) is former Prime Minister of the Netherlands and former Ambassador of the European Commission to Japan and to the USA.

		Cao Baijun (China) is Director General of the Bureau of African Affairs at the International Department of the Central Committee of the CPC. He is former President of the China Economic Cooperation Centre where he served his country as economic and political adviser in Asia, Australia, Europe and the US.

		Younis Al Balushi (Sultanate of Oman) is Chairman of the Standing Economic Committee of the Majlis A’Shura.

		Alexander Bessmertnykh (Russia) is former Foreign Minister and Chair of International Association of Former Foreign Ministers. He also chairs several industrial bodies and the Russian Foreign Policy Association.

		Frits Bolkestein (The Netherlands) is Professor of Intellectual Foundations of Political Developments at the Universities of Leiden and Delft (NL). He is former Member of the European Commission for the Internal Market (1999-2004), former Dutch Minister of Defence, former Minister of Foreign Trade and former Director of Shell Chimie, Paris.

		Elmar Bouma (The Netherlands) is Director of the Indonesian-Belgian-Dutch Chamber of Commerce (INA). He is Director of PA Asia Jakarta.

		Werner Christie (Norway) is Chairman of PA Asia Beijing; he is former Minister of Health of Norway and former Counselor at the Royal Norwegian Embassy in Beijing. Executive Board Member.

		Wim van Eekelen (The Netherlands) is former Defense Minister of the Netherlands and former Secretary General of the Western European Union.

		H.I.R.H. Gabriela von Habsburg (Hungary/Germany/Georgia) is a Cultural Ambassador and art professor at several academies.

		Baron Paul De Keersmaeker (Belgium), former Minister of Agriculture and European Affairs. He is among the few Europeans with top positions in both Government and multinational enterprises. As a Belgian he is equally appreciated by the Flemish and French speaking communities. Honorary Chairman.

		David Webber (UK) is Director of Studies of PA International Foundation and Partner of PA Europe. He is former Director-General of GLOBE. Executive Board Member.

		Willy Wiguna (Indonesia) was Chairman of one of the largest Indonesian pension and insurance companies, and is Member of the Board of several Indonesian and multinational companies and former Director-General of PBEC, the Pacific Basin top industry organisation.

		Qin Zhenkui (China) is Vice Chairman of PA Asia Beijing; he is former President of AQSIQ (Chinese health inspection agency) Academy and former Director General of Import and Export Food Safety Bureau. Executive Board Member.
