Since its establishment in 2004, PA Asia Ltd is headquartered in Hong Kong with offices in Beijing, Jakarta and Tokyo. The Management Team, including Dr Werner Christie (Chairman PA Asia Beijing, former Norwegian Health Minister), Ir Sarwono Kusumaatmadja (Chairman PA CSR Jakarta, former Minister of Environment, of Marine Affairs and Fisheries, and of Administrative Reform), Dr Qin Zhenkui (Vice Chairman PA Asia Beijing, former Chairman of the Chinese health inspection agency’s AQSIQ Academy) and Yoshimi Takada (Head of PA Asia Tokyo Office), is chaired by Rio Praaning Prawira Adiningrat.

The roles and positions of Asian, European and US authorities and major industrial players are rapidly changing. Old alliances and concepts are challenged. The global integration of food, finance and many other products and services causes fundamental discussions and protectionism everywhere.  There is much to be gained and much to be lost. Issues of poverty, underdevelopment, environment, food safety, healthcare, energy, education, consumerism, market access, trade barriers and personal security are increasingly intertwined.
